2216 Deschenes is a set of meticulously crafted homes, built in an unparalleled location adjacent to Westboro, the parkway, the Ottawa River, and phase 2 of the LRT. Our goal with these two properties wasn't to play it safe,  it was to elevate the luxury experience in Ottawa, by sweating the details in order to provide beautifull design.

2216 Deschenes' exterior form is inspired by the rigor of early 20th century modernism, while its material palette and massing are a response to its unique setting.  Both homes are clad in brick, burnt Japanese cedar, and massive windows. Unlike other semi-detached homes which tend to sit side by side, we’ve pushed the massing to take advantage of its corner lot, by placing  entrances on separate frontages.  Both homes are therefore unique layouts that take advantage of their respective frontages and backyards, to provide a generous amount of outdoor space and privacy. High ceilings, over-sized fenestration, and rooftops terraces maximize views of the Ottawa River and the parkway.
